So, how many of you are watching Sarah Palin on Oprah on Monday?

I was told that Sarah Palin's appearance on "Oprah" airs on Monday. How many of you are going to be watching? I'm temped to, as I am willing to bet the interview is going to go to hell in a handbasket, knowing Sarah. At the time of this posting, I have not seen any of the pre-released clips yet of the episode.

In addition, I saw an article today on Yahoo! that made me shake my head in disbelief. How in the world does Sarah have the gall to say that the McCain aides kept her bottled up during the campaign? Every time I turn around last year, there's something about her and her outrageous antics in the media! Plus, she kept putting her foot in her mouth so many times, it was insane! Especially the Katie Couric interview, something that Palin reportedly slammed in her book, "Going Rogue." She even turns around and accused Katie of being "biased" and "badgering," when all along, she made herself look like a fool during the interview. It's insane that she wants to play the victim card so often, and look at the way she carries on all the time. I feel that if she would get some good sense, she would not look like such a damn fool all the time!

Here's the link to the article I was reading:

Best to you all! smile

There seems to be a moronic faction who think Palin is "wonderful." It makes the people here in the USA look like we are stupid, to put such an idiot up on a pedestal. As so eloquently put by Bill Maher, when did we start "dumbing down?" Just look at the last 8 years - we elected Bush/Cheney TWICE, for God's sake, and sat idly by while the giant banks took us to the cleaners and then used tax money to bail them out of their dilemma!!

I dearly love this country and the principles it is founded upon, but for some reason a big percentage of our populace have abandoned good reason and embraced the babblings of people like Palin. The right-wing 'conservatives' have turned into a party of vicious Pit Bulls ready to snap your head off if you don't watch your step - what we know now as the "Party of No!."

Fiscal Conservatism has been - and always will be - a blight on prosperity and growth, and yet it is astounding at the people who think it should be our mainstay.

It is time for a real wake-up call to those living in their false world of "No" and start to realize we need to fuel growth to solve our problems, rather than pulling in our head on every reform proposal (like health care) in the name of so-called "smaller government" and "lower taxes." The USA is a trillion-dollar economy, and it takes real tax dollars to support progressive growth and expansion. Only then will we have the jobs back that have disappeared under the policies of the right-wing implosion.

People like Palin are a bigger threat than the terrorists were are supposedly fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
