I took a brief tour around the the country in terms of school district report cards and found an average of about 70% with my former home town of Buffalo NY coming in at a new high for them at 61%. The graduation rates are abysmal. School systems are willing to allow up to or over 30% of their students fail out and yet still cannot get accountability programs established for the teachers by reliable essay writing service. IN the real world outside the classroom if you allowed a 30% failure rate in the results of your job you would be unemployed, and rightfully so. Billions are poured into schools for education and the results never change.
